Why in-room

The best spa in Goa is the one that comes to your room

Goa’s resort spas are beautiful, expensive, and booked out by lunchtime in season. Most boutique hotels have no spa at all.

A visiting therapist changes the equation. The table is set up beside your bed, the session starts the moment you are ready, and when it ends you are already on your balcony with the sea breeze rather than in a queue at the spa desk. There is no walk through a lobby in a robe, no rushed 50-minute slot, no service charge stacked on top of the price.

Male therapists typically bring firmer, more sustained pressure, which is why guests with tight shoulders from a long flight into Dabolim or Mopa, sore legs after scooter days and beach walks, or plain desk-job stiffness specifically ask for one. You set the pressure and the focus areas, and everything is explained before it starts.

How it works

01

Message on WhatsApp

Send your hotel name, the massage you would like, duration and preferred time. Confirmation usually comes back within minutes.

02

I bring everything

Table, fresh linen, towels, oils and soft music arrive with me in a carry bag. I register at reception if the hotel asks and come straight to your room.

03

Relax and stay put

The session is fully draped and strictly professional. When it ends the table is packed away quietly and you are already exactly where you want to be.

Where I visit

Goa’s leading hotels and resorts, north and south

I work only with hotel and resort guests, which keeps every session in a safe, private, professional setting.

In the north that means the five-star beach resorts along the Candolim–Sinquerim stretch, the Calangute and Baga hotels, the cliff-top boutique properties of Anjuna and Vagator, the Morjim and Ashvem beach hotels, and the riverfront and Dona Paula hotels in Panaji. In the south it is the resort belt from Majorda and Utorda through Colva and Benaulim to Varca, Cavelossim and Mobor, the Bogmalo hotels near the airport, and the Palolem and Agonda boutique hotels by pre-booking.

About the therapist

Certified, background-verified, and used to first-timers

Six years of full-time practice, including two seasons at a North Goa resort spa before moving to hotel visits full time.

I am certified in Swedish and deep tissue massage and trained in draping and client safety, which is why hotel front desks are comfortable letting me through and why first-time clients relax quickly. Most guests I see are women travelling solo or with friends, couples on a holiday, and business travellers with one free evening. Some are nervous about a male therapist in their room; by the end of the first ten minutes that is usually forgotten.

I speak English and Hindi, arrive on time in plain clothes, and keep my phone off during the session. If you are unsure which massage to choose, tell me what is bothering you and I will tailor it on the spot.

What hotel guests say

★★★★★

Booked a 90-minute session in my room at a Candolim resort after a long flight. Professional, punctual and incredibly relaxing. Exactly what I needed on the first night.

Staying in Palolem and did not expect anyone to travel that far. He pre-booked for the next morning, arrived on time and the hot stone session was the highlight of the trip.

Sarah, UK · boutique hotel, Palolem
★★★★★

Four of us on a girls’ trip at a Cavelossim resort booked back-to-back sessions in one suite. He set up quietly, was respectful throughout and the deep tissue was excellent.

Nandini, Bengaluru · resort guest, Cavelossim
★★★★★

I was nervous about a male therapist in my hotel room but he explained everything before starting and the draping was proper. Booked again two days later.

Questions guests ask before booking

Do you only visit hotels?

Yes. I work exclusively with guests staying at Goa’s leading hotels and resorts, from the five-star beach properties in Candolim, Sinquerim and Cavelossim to boutique hotels in Anjuna, Assagao and Panaji. I do not run a parlour and do not do walk-in appointments.

Is this service only for women?

Yes. Sessions are for women, and for couples booking together. Every session is strictly professional and therapeutic, with proper draping throughout.

Do hotels allow a visiting therapist?

Almost all do. You are simply receiving a guest in your room. I arrive in plain clothes with the table in a carry bag, register at reception with ID if the property asks, and leave as quietly as I came. If a resort has a strict no-outside-vendor policy it usually says so on your booking confirmation.

How much notice do you need?

A day ahead is ideal in peak season (November to February). Same-day bookings with 2–3 hours’ notice are usually possible in the Candolim–Calangute–Baga belt, Panaji and the Cavelossim–Varca strip.

What do you bring?

A portable massage table, fresh linen, towels, a choice of coconut, almond or aromatherapy oils, and hot stones if booked. Your room only needs a little floor space and the air-conditioning on.

What does it cost?

₹1,999 for 60 minutes, ₹2,799 for 90 minutes and ₹3,799 for 120 minutes, all-inclusive. There is no travel charge for hotels in North Goa between Sinquerim and Panaji, or in the Margao–Cavelossim resort belt.
